Data collection

My Collection does not collect any personal data. The app does not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers, track your location, use analytics or advertising SDKs, send any data to external servers, or require an account or login.

Data storage

All data you enter — including collection items, format information, and barcodes — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device.

Third-party services

When you use the barcode lookup feature, only the barcode number is sent to UPC Item DB (upcitemdb.com) to retrieve the product title. No personal information is transmitted. No other third-party services are used.

Camera

The app requests camera access solely for barcode scanning. Images are processed locally in real time and are never stored or transmitted.
